Groups in the Gardens

With the new school year approaching, we understand the stress and anxiety that can come with returning to school. Our recent move to The Highlands Mansion and Gardens provides an ideal environment to help tweens and teens navigate these challenges. With access to 59 acres of protected and historic land, we immerse ourselves in nature, witnessing the changing seasons firsthand, and enhancing our mission of teaching and practicing coping skills for life in and with nature.

Our ecotherapeutic curriculum is designed to support tweens and teens in managing back-to-school stress, improving socialization, and fostering overall growth as they navigate adolescence. We look forward to utilizing the unique spaces on The Highlands' property, including the greenhouse and the historic Georgian mansion, to offer all our participants an enriching and supportive experience.
